Job Description:

Fast paced vacation rental management firm is looking for a remote work, self-motivated, problem-solver with diverse skills in providing support services to organizations multiple departments

Skills of the Ideal Candidate:

• Capable of handling a variety of different duties and responsibilities
• Utilization of various industry specific software systems and application as well as Microsoft Office Products
• Effective written and verbal communication skills in conveying guest support while in the vacation rental homes to and from guest and support staff
• Strong follow through to help close work tasks which might be assigned
• Ability to manage task and priorities which may come from multiple company members utilizing support services from this position
• Ability to manage and prioritize routine planned tasks while being assigned short-term tasks daily

Duties include:

• Provide unplanned support for guest needs while guests are in house including but not limited to:
o Creating work orders
o Monitoring activities with urgent priorities
o Communicating with supervisors and field staff regarding work order status and priority
o Communication with 3rd party support companies and contractors
o Assisting general with rapid solutions of guests needs

• Provide routine support in:
o Work order administration including but not limited to:

§ Assisting closing open work orders
§ Reviewing work orders for completeness
§ Reviewing work orders for clarity for billing
§ Obtain, record and retain records of W-9 information from 3rd party suppliers
§ Annual 1099 information collection and report for the company’s contractors

Job requirements:

• Reliable high speed internet services
• Home computer supporting use of multiple page browser use simultaneously
• Available to work weekends and some holidays.  Work schedule will include work every Friday and Saturday during the summer.
• Available to work occasionally outside of schedule hours

Experience & Education:

• High school diploma
• 2-3 years of software utilization of various types
• Prior experience providing remote intercompany administrative support in a remote setting and customer interaction desired but not required
