Wine Service Training

Lake Michigan College is offering a Workforce Training class on Wine Service for Restaurant and Tasting Room Employees. This is a good basic class for new employees, summer staff or employees who did not have wine service experience to help with sales of wine in your restaurant or tasting room.
This is an introductory class on grape varietals and their origins. Proper service - how to open a bottle and pour - will be covered. Employees under age 21 will be welcomed as wine will not be consumed.

Class dates: Mondays, May 11 and May 18, 2015 1:00-3:00pm
Fee: $25
