Sharing Fire: Ignite Team's Potential

SCORE, in partnership with the Women’s Business Center at Cornerstone Alliance present Sharing Fire: How to Ignite the Potential of Your Team.  'Sharing Fire' will help you attract talented, self-motivated people to your company and develop employee loyalty that encourages innovation, creativity and productivity. You will learn how to:

• Increase sales, attract top talent, and retain top talent.
• Create a culture of personal commitment to the organization’s mission
• Decrease absenteeism.
• Encourage innovation, creativity
• Build and deepen customer relations

This class is facilitated by Dr. Marc Hardy, the Director of Nonprofit Executive Education at the University of Notre Dame. He holds a Ph.D. in Philanthropic Studies from Indiana University and has taught leadership and management at IU and Butler University.
