Kick off International Education Week! The forces of globalization have dramatically changed how businesses operate, how they form partnerships, who they hire, which skills and experiences employers value most, and how businesses market their products and services both locally and internationally. The business climate in Southwest Michigan has changed accordingly such that no business - large or small - is immune to globalization.
