Meet the Brewer Series

The next monthly Meet the Brewer Series will take place Thursday April 26th at 6:00 pm. Our guest brewer will be Jake Demski, head brewer of the new Three Blondes Brewery coming to South Haven. Jake's focus of discussion will be about malt, along with the malting process and grain bills for brewing. Jake's history comes from starting as a cellarman at Greenbush Brewing and working his way up to head brewer and production manager. We look forward to welcoming him to the brewpub and to hear about their new endeavor. As an added bonus for Meet the Brewer Series, you can bring along your own home brews to share with others and get some feedback! Each month will feature different topics and a new guest brewer!
