Cheese Making Workshop

A 2.5 hour beginner level class for those interested in learning how to make their own Mozzarella and Ricotta cheese from fresh Milk and Goat Milk. This class is hands-on so you will be confident making soft cheese at home. Recipes, information on supplies and resources will be provided. Students will be able to take home a sample of the cheeses made in the class. Bring crackers and wine to try your own cheese at the end of the class!
