Free Vessel Safety Checks either at the boat owner's slip or on a trailer 9:30 am - 3pm (A Vessel Safety Check ensures that you have all the safety equipment required by the USCG and Michigan. Our inspectors check the equipment and let you know what to do if something doesn't work or is missing. The VSC is free and helps you avoid a ticket or fine if stopped by a patrol boat.)
