Baaa & Bend
Baaaa & Bend is our not-so-serious, all-levels goat yoga class led by yoga instructor Sarina. It's 45 minutes of feel-good movement, fresh air, and curious goats who will climb on you, nibble your mat, and maybe try to teach the class.
