Al-Van's VIRTUAL Firecracker Furry 5K

Family friendly VIRTUAL event! Enjoy this exciting 5K race or 1 mile walk, and bring your dog along to walk or run.   All proceeds go to support the animals at the Al-Van Humane Society shelter.
 
Participants will sign up for the 5K or 1 mile, and then run or walk in their own neighborhood, or on a treadmill, or even on the Furry 5K race course (Van Buren Trail in South Haven).  After completing the distance, log into a website to record your time.  Anyone who completes the distance can then go to Al-Van’s animal shelter to pick up their t-shirt and medal.  Hurry!  Registration ends June 27, 2020 at 11:59pm EDT.  Here is the link to the race with all the information: www.runsignup.com/furry5k
