Al-Van Humane Society Furry 5K

The Al-Van Humane Society Furry 5K will be held on Sunday, June 28th in South Haven as part of their annual Paws on Parade event! The Furry 5K is a fundraiser for the Al-Van Humane Society, located in South Haven.  Participants can run/walk with their pet, as long as they are leashed.

Event Fees:

Early registration, until June 14th, midnight: $25.00 (includes race t-shirt). Late registration, June 15th - June 26th, 5 pm: $30.00 (t-shirt not guaranteed); Day of race registration: $35.00 (t-shirts may be purchased, if any remain).

Event Times:

Saturday Packet Pickup -3 - 5 pm, Al-Van Rescued Treasures Resale Shop, at new location: 07591 Blue Star Highway, South Haven. (Across from South Haven Hospital).

Race Day Packet Pickup - 6:30 - 7:30 am, Water Street Pavillion, 345 Water St, South Haven.

5K Start Time: Sunday @ 8:00 a.m.   

Age groups:

12 and Under, 13-16, 17-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70 and Over.

Awards:

Overall Male, Overall Female, Overal Master Male and Female, and 2 deep in each age group.

Timing and Scoring: 

Timing and scoring will be done by Mac's Sports Timing.  Race results will be posted at the event and posted online shortly after the event.  www.macssportstiming.com
