10 Year Anniversary Celebration with Glik's

South Haven, MI – August 5th, 2026 — A retail legacy more than a century in the making is celebrating 10 years of serving the South Haven community. Glik’s, a family-owned specialty retailer established in 1897, is proud to celebrate 10 years in South Haven, Michigan. Since opening in 2016, the South Haven store has become the “go to” spot for customers seeking quality, trusted brands, and personalized service.

Over the past 10 years, the South Haven location has grown with the community, building relationships with generations of local families. Through changing fashion trends and years of growth, the store has remained committed to providing a welcoming experience and assisting customers with the personalized service that has defined the Glik's brand for more than a century.

“The customer service, friends, and unique shopping experience we create keeps customers coming back. We go by the motto of "Don't make a sale, make a friend." This carries through in everything we do and fosters a positive energy that our shoppers (new friends) feel.” Said Alanis Mellinger, store manager.

To celebrate the milestone, Glik's will be hosting anniversary savings and special promotions for customers on August 28th and 29th. The community is invited to join the celebration at 420 Phoenix St. in South Haven.
