Harbor Shores Insurance & Financial is hiring an Inside Sales & Customer Experience Specialist to handle inbound calls, service requests, and turn everyday conversations into meaningful protection opportunities.

What This Role Actually Does

You will be the first voice many customers hear when they call our agency.
 
Daily responsibilities include:
  • Answer inbound service calls (billing, claims, policy changes)
  • Review coverages and explain them clearly
  • Identify gaps and cross-sell opportunities
  • Transition service calls into sales conversations naturally
  • Conduct customer policy reviews
  • Follow up on renewal increases and rate questions
  • Support retention by delivering world-class experiences
  • Meet daily revenue and activity expectations

Compensation

  • Base salary + commission (W2)
  • Bonuses for cross-sell and retention performance
  • Additional promotions and incentives
  • Realistic earning potential: $50,000–$75,000+
  • Long-term growth into senior service or sales roles

Michigan Property & Casualty license required or willingness to obtain (we help you through the process).
