SHAES Pancake Breakfast

South Haven Emergency Services (SHAES) will host its traditional Labor Day Pancake Breakfast on Sunday, Sept. 6 at its Blue Star Station, 90 Blue Star Highway, from 7:30 to 11 a.m.

The breakfast will be served at the station in addition to being available via drive-thru.

Kids and adults are welcome to see the fire trucks up close.

The menu will consist of pancakes, scrambled eggs, link sausage and drinks.

Instead of a fixed meal price, patrons are being asked to make a donation thanks to some generous contributions of supplies from local businesses.

All proceeds will support the purchase of battery-powered extrication tools and help a neighboring retired Fire Chief with medical expenses.
