Book Signing- Pamela Cameron

Black River Books hosts author Pamela Cameron with her new book, Sport: Ship Dog of the Great Lakes, Saturday, July 6 from 1:00 – 4:00pm. Sport was a real-life ship dog from Great Lakes history. After rescue from the chilly waters of the Milwaukee River, he lived and worked on a lighthouse tender ship called the Hyacinth. He quickly became a valued crew member and made friends in every port.
