DESCRIPTION:The American Legion Post #49 annually organizes a Memorial Day Parade. The parade for 2017 will be held on Monday\, May 29th beginning at 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. The parade will start at Center St and Michigan Ave and continue north to Phoenix\, then east on Phoenix to Bailey Ave\, then north to the cemetery. A memorial program will be held at the Veteran's section of the cemetery including a rifle squad firing. In the case of rain\, the event will be held at the high school.
