DESCRIPTION:Pine Knoll\n\n\n\nMany of the vintage cottages of South Haven that were built in the early twentieth century have been torn down or renovated to a degree beyond any visual clue of their original structures. Helen B. O'Rourke\, owner and caretaker of Pine Knoll since 1968\, decided to make a scale model of the cottage. Helen believed it was paramount to keep a record of the building and to preserve a glimpse of the history. The cottage was built in the late 1800's and owned until 1939 by William Wagner. One of Wagner's first jobs was a customer for artists and animals for the Ringling Brothers Barnum and Bailey Circus. \n\n\n\nPleas Join Us!\n\nFor the Spring Open House and to see this amazing model!
